My urgent care services are generally available “same day”. They can be booked online through the booking portal or by clicking the button below. These spots are for new or existing clients and are scheduled in 30 minute increments.

Please only book one slot, and if it needs extended we can handle it as the need arises. The purpose of the appointment is to get you to a point of stability. After the session, any of several things can happen:

• You may be referred to an outside hospital, IOP, or PHP program.
• You may be referred to another outpatient provider that is better able to meet your needs.
• You may be referred to an in-person provider who is better able to meet your needs
• If you are a current client, we will come up with a “game plan” to get you feeling better as soon as possible
• If you are a new client, at my discretion, I may schedule you for future sessions if you wish. Note: Individuals with intensive suicidal ideation, self-harm behavior, severe alcohol use, active psychosis, or other dangerous behaviors/conditions are not appropriate for telehealth and will be referred to an in-person provider.

• Urgent Care sessions are booked for 30 minute slots at a time. If this needs to be extended, it will be at my discretion.
• The Hours available for urgent care are as follows:
  • Tue: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM CST
  • Wed: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST
  • Thur: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST ; 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM CST
  • Fri: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST
• Sessions can be booked up to 8 hours in advance through the portal.
• All sessions will be charged at your regular rate based on a 30 minute session + an additional 50%.
  • Example: Regular 30 minute session = $75 + 50% = 112.50 per 30 minutes ($225 for an hour, etc)
